How it works with Touriyo
- Call with your ticket number or booking reference.
- The agent checks Vueling's published refund rules for your fare, including what applies when the airline cancels or changes your flight.
- If Touriyo issued the ticket, we request the refund from Vueling and follow it up. If you bought it elsewhere, the agent tells you where and how to ask for it.
- Vueling decides and pays refunds on its tickets. Touriyo's fee is never deducted from a refund the airline owes you.
The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.
What Vueling publishes about this
- No fare is cash-refundable voluntarily. Fly Grande includes free cancellation to Flight Credit; Flex Pack adds it to Fly/Fly Light.
- Death of a passenger or relative: see 'Cancelaci贸n por defunci贸n' article.
- Airport taxes refundable on request when the passenger does not fly.
- Flight Credit ('Cr茅dito de vuelo'): usable for the passenger or anyone else on a future booking; needs the original purchase e-mail and the cancelled booking code; validity shown in the balance e-mails.
