How it works with Touriyo

Call with your ticket number or booking reference.
The agent checks Virgin Atlantic's published refund rules for your fare, including what applies when the airline cancels or changes your flight.
If Touriyo issued the ticket, we request the refund from Virgin Atlantic and follow it up. If you bought it elsewhere, the agent tells you where and how to ask for it.
Virgin Atlantic decides and pays refunds on its tickets. Touriyo's fee is never deducted from a refund the airline owes you.

The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.

Change, cancel, request refunds and add bags on tickets Touriyo issued.

What Touriyo cannot do

Change, cancel or refund a ticket that Virgin Atlantic or another agency issued: only the issuer can.
Decide or speed up a refund: Virgin Atlantic decides and pays it.

What Virgin Atlantic publishes about tickets bought through an agency

'If you booked through another airline or with a travel agent, you will need to contact them to check the cancellation and refund rules of your booking.' Name corrections and sequence changes go through the Authorised Agent that made the booking (CoC 7.1, 6.5c); refunds are made only on tickets issued by Virgin Atlantic or an Authorised Agent and authorised by them (10.4c); 'we can't amend third party bookings'; flights operated by Virgin Atlantic but booked with Delta, Air France or KLM are handled by those airlines; travel-agent group bookings via groupsalesuk@fly.virgin.com.
