If you bought the ticket from TAP Air Portugal or another agency, the agent explains TAP Air Portugal's published rules, tells you which channel can change it and compares the change with a new ticket, which we can book if it costs less.
Nothing is charged until you agree to a quoted total. Touriyo's fee is charged only when the change or the new ticket is confirmed.

What Touriyo cannot do

Change, cancel or refund a ticket that TAP Air Portugal or another agency issued: only the issuer can.
Decide or speed up a refund: TAP Air Portugal decides and pays it.

What TAP Air Portugal publishes about tickets bought through an agency

TAP states it explicitly: bookings made through travel agencies cannot be changed online and must be changed through the agency; online refund requests are only available for tickets purchased directly from TAP (agency bookings are refunded through the agency; TAP Contact Center only if the agency cannot resolve it); name corrections on agency tickets go through the agent; after online check-in, agency bookings must also go back to the agency.
