Cancel your SKYhigh Dominicana flight with a Touriyo agent

• FAQ: '¿Puedo solicitar el reembolso o endosar mi boleto?
• No puedes, los boletos no son reembolsables.'
• Customer service plan: (1) during the first 24 hours after issue you may cancel and be refunded to the original form of payment, as long as the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before departure; (2) Sky High refunds when it cancels a flight (not when the passenger breached the contract, on government request, unforeseen circumstances or force majeure); refunds of eligible tickets within 20 business days of receiving the documentation, or 7 business days for tickets bought in the US with a credit card; the request needs the receipt (before the one-year expiry), a written explanation, name, passport image, address and phone; (3) if the delay/cancellation/diversion is caused by Sky High you get rebooking at no cost, lodging/transport/meals where applicable, or a refund of the remaining value if you choose not to fly; if it is force majeure you get a credit note for the remaining value instead.
• Contract 'Reembolsos': tickets are non-refundable; the only grounds are (a) the ticket is less than 24 hours from issue AND the departure date is more than 7 days away, or (b) Sky High cancels the flight for its own failure to operate as scheduled (not passenger breach, government request, unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, weather, strikes, border closures, WHO-declared pandemic); no refund when alternative transport accepted by the passenger is provided.

Tickets are also sold 'a través de la agencia de viajes de su preferencia' and in authorised agencies; the FAQ says that to learn your fare conditions for changes/cancellations you may contact 'su agente de viajes'.
