Cancel your SAS Scandinavian Airlines flight with a Touriyo agent

• Cancel and apply for a refund in 'My trips'.
• If you cancel: the amount refunded depends on the ticket rules; refunds go to the original payment method; most taxes and fees are refunded; service charges, cancellation fees and travel extras are non-refundable.
• A non-refundable ticket refunds taxes only (not the ticket price or domestic/international surcharges; YQ, YR, NV/XS, US and ZP taxes are not refunded).
• Flex fares (Economy, Premium, Business) are refundable; a partly used Flex refunds by the price of a one-way ticket for the flight flown.
• Right after booking: Flights to and from the US: hold a reservation at the quoted fare without payment for up to 24 hours or, where immediate payment is required, cancel without penalty and receive a 100 percent refund within 24 hours; if a reservation is made within 24 hours before departure, cancellation and refund of the ticket is permitted up to 12 hours before departure; after that no refund unless the ticket is refundable or the flight is cancelled or significantly delayed or changed (14 CFR part 260).

SAS states: 'If you bought your ticket from a travel agent, contact the agent to cancel and apply for a refund'; 'If you've booked via a travel agent/travel website, please contact them for available options'; US Customer Service Plan: 'Tickets issued by a travel agent may be refunded directly by them or through any of the above' (SAS Call Center, refunds-us@sasair.com, or flysas.com). SAS charges a service fee (30 EUR/USD, 350 DKK/NOK/SEK) when a change is made by phone or chat.
