Change your Ryanair flight with a Touriyo agent

Touriyo is an independent travel agency. We are not Ryanair and we do not act on its behalf. The number on this page reaches Touriyo.

If Touriyo issued your ticket, an agent reads its fare rules, quotes what Ryanair charges plus Touriyo's fee in one total and changes it once you agree. If you bought it from Ryanair or another agency, only they can change that ticket: the agent explains Ryanair's published rules, points you to the right channel and can book a new ticket if that works out better.

Touriyo agents answer Monday to Sunday, 8 am to 11 pm US Eastern Time.

We are an independent travel agency, not the airline.
Or we call you

Touriyo's service fee is quoted on the call, before you pay, based on the airline's rules for your ticket, in one total with what the airline charges. It is charged only when the service is confirmed. No Touriyo fee when the airline cancelled or significantly changed your flight. The price you confirm is the price you pay.See all our service fees

How it works with Touriyo

  1. Call the number on this page with your booking reference and the name on the ticket.
  2. If Touriyo issued your ticket, the agent reads its fare rules, tells you what Ryanair charges for the change and quotes one total with Touriyo's fee.
  3. If you bought the ticket from Ryanair or another agency, the agent explains Ryanair's published rules, tells you which channel can change it and compares the change with a new ticket, which we can book if it costs less.
  4. Nothing is charged until you agree to a quoted total. Touriyo's fee is charged only when the change or the new ticket is confirmed.

The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.

What Ryanair publishes about this

  • All fares except Flexi Plus, all: EUR 45 online / 60 through an agent or at the airport, per passenger per one-way flight, plus fare difference
  • Flexi Plus, all: No change fee; fare difference only (same route same day free)
  • 24-hour grace period (any fare), all: Minor date/time errors and route reversal corrected free within 24 h of booking; fare difference applies
  • Right after booking: Only a change grace period, not a refund: 'We allow a grace period of 24 hours from the time of your original booking to correct any minor errors you may have made (dates/times) free of charge' and to reverse a wrongly booked route, paying only any fare difference.

Tickets bought through an agency: what Touriyo can and cannot do

What Touriyo can do

  • Change, cancel, request refunds and add bags on tickets Touriyo issued.
  • On any other Ryanair ticket: explain Ryanair's published rules, tell you which channel can help and book a new ticket if that works out better.

What Touriyo cannot do

  • Change, cancel or refund a ticket that Ryanair or another agency issued: only the issuer can.
  • Decide or speed up a refund: Ryanair decides and pays it.

What Ryanair publishes about tickets bought through an agency

Online travel agent bookings: Ryanair usually has no contact or payment details, so refunds need a customer verification form or a Letter of Authority, and some refunds are paid back to the OTA. Changes made through the contact centre cost more than online (change fee 60 vs 45; name change 160 vs 115; 'Link Booking Fee' €/£30 through an agent; booking fee €/£50). 'Remember that reservations or changes to reservations made through our Contact Center will incur higher charges if the reservation or change could have been made online.'

Questions people ask

Can Touriyo change a ticket I bought directly from Ryanair?

No. Only Ryanair can change a ticket it issued, and only the issuing agency can change one bought from an agency. A Touriyo agent explains Ryanair's published rules, points you to the right channel and, if a new ticket works out better, can book it for you.

What does Ryanair charge to change a ticket?

It depends on the fare. Ryanair publishes: All fares except Flexi Plus, all: EUR 45 online / 60 through an agent or at the airport, per passenger per one-way flight, plus fare difference; Flexi Plus, all: No change fee; fare difference only (same route same day free); 24-hour grace period (any fare), all: Minor date/time errors and route reversal corrected free within 24 h of booking; fare difference applies. What does Touriyo charge to change a Ryanair flight?

Touriyo's fee is quoted on the call from the airline's rules, in one total before you pay, together with what Ryanair charges. It is charged only when the change is confirmed.

Is Touriyo part of Ryanair?

No. Touriyo is an independent travel agency. The number at the top of this page reaches Touriyo's agents, not Ryanair. Ryanair's own channels are listed on this page.
