How it works with Touriyo

Call the number on this page with your booking reference and the name on the ticket.
If Touriyo issued your ticket, the agent reads its fare rules, tells you what Iberia charges for the change and quotes one total with Touriyo's fee.
If you bought the ticket from Iberia or another agency, the agent explains Iberia's published rules, tells you which channel can change it and compares the change with a new ticket, which we can book if it costs less.
Nothing is charged until you agree to a quoted total. Touriyo's fee is charged only when the change or the new ticket is confirmed.

The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.

What Touriyo can do

Change, cancel, request refunds and add bags on tickets Touriyo issued.
On any other Iberia ticket: explain Iberia's published rules, tell you which channel can help and book a new ticket if that works out better.

What Touriyo cannot do

Change, cancel or refund a ticket that Iberia or another agency issued: only the issuer can.
Decide or speed up a refund: Iberia decides and pays it.

What Iberia publishes about tickets bought through an agency

Iberia repeats it on every page: 'Si compraste tu billete por medio de una agencia, contacta con ella para ayudarte a gestionar tu reserva.' Changes, refunds, name corrections, refunds for death/illness, the Colombian retracto and desistimiento and rebooking after a cancellation (if the passenger is not yet at the airport) must all go through the issuing agency, which then processes the request with Iberia. Online self-service in Gestiona tu reserva is only for tickets bought on iberia.com or the app. At the airport Iberia attends everyone at its counters regardless of channel.
