Touriyo is an independent travel agency. We are not Delta Air Lines and we do not act on its behalf. The number on this page reaches Touriyo; Delta Air Lines' official channel is 800-221-1212 (source: www.delta.com/us/en/need-help/overview, checked 18 October 2026).

If Touriyo issued your ticket, an agent reads its fare rules, quotes what Delta Air Lines charges plus Touriyo's fee in one total and changes it once you agree. If you bought it from Delta Air Lines or another agency, only they can change that ticket: the agent explains Delta Air Lines' published rules, points you to the right channel and can book a new ticket if that works out better.

Touriyo agents answer Monday to Sunday, 8 am to 11 pm US Eastern Time.

We are an independent travel agency, not the airline.

Or we call you

Touriyo's service fee is quoted on the call, before you pay, based on the airline's rules for your ticket, in one total with what the airline charges. It is charged only when the service is confirmed. No Touriyo fee when the airline cancelled or significantly changed your flight. The price you confirm is the price you pay.See all our service fees

How it works with Touriyo

Call the number on this page with your booking reference and the name on the ticket.
If Touriyo issued your ticket, the agent reads its fare rules, tells you what Delta Air Lines charges for the change and quotes one total with Touriyo's fee.
If you bought the ticket from Delta Air Lines or another agency, the agent explains Delta Air Lines' published rules, tells you which channel can change it and compares the change with a new ticket, which we can book if it costs less.
Nothing is charged until you agree to a quoted total. Touriyo's fee is charged only when the change or the new ticket is confirmed.

The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.

Can Touriyo change a ticket I bought directly from Delta Air Lines?
