- Call with your ticket number or booking reference.
- The agent checks Caribbean Airlines' published refund rules for your fare, including what applies when the airline cancels or changes your flight.
- If Touriyo issued the ticket, we request the refund from Caribbean Airlines and follow it up. If you bought it elsewhere, the agent tells you where and how to ask for it.
- Caribbean Airlines decides and pays refunds on its tickets. Touriyo's fee is never deducted from a refund the airline owes you.
The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.

What Touriyo can do
- Change, cancel, request refunds and add bags on tickets Touriyo issued.
- On any other Caribbean Airlines ticket: explain Caribbean Airlines' published rules, tell you which channel can help and book a new ticket if that works out better.
What Touriyo cannot do
- Change, cancel or refund a ticket that Caribbean Airlines or another agency issued: only the issuer can.
- Decide or speed up a refund: Caribbean Airlines decides and pays it.
What Caribbean Airlines publishes about tickets bought through an agency
Ticket Refund Services Directory: 'Requests for ticket refunds should be directed to the place where you purchased your ticket, e.g. if you made your booking at the Call Centre or a Travel Agent your ticket refund should be initiated by that party.' Online Cancel & Hold tool only for tickets purchased directly from Caribbean Airlines (ticket offices, call centre, app, website): 'If you used a travel agent/partner, please contact them directly for assistance.' The 24-hour refund policy also applies only to direct purchases. Ticket Refunds page: 'If you purchase your ticket through a Travel Agent or Online Travel Agency, please contact the agency directly to request your refund. The travel agent can and should process your refund.' An 'Agency Debit Memo Policy' page exists under Reservations. Groups desk handles all changes or individual deviations from a group booking.
