How it works with Touriyo
- Call with your booking reference and the name on the ticket.
- The agent reads the fare rules and tells you what Caribbean Airlines returns: money, a credit or nothing, and by when.
- If Touriyo issued the ticket, the agent cancels it once you agree and sends you the confirmation. If you bought it from Caribbean Airlines or another agency, the agent explains the rules and tells you which channel can cancel it.
- Touriyo's fee, if any, is charged only when the cancellation is done, and it is never taken out of money the airline owes you.
The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.

What Touriyo can do

What Touriyo cannot do
- Change, cancel or refund a ticket that Caribbean Airlines or another agency issued: only the issuer can.
- Decide or speed up a refund: Caribbean Airlines decides and pays it.
What Caribbean Airlines publishes about tickets bought through an agency
Ticket Refund Services Directory: 'Requests for ticket refunds should be directed to the place where you purchased your ticket, e.g. if you made your booking at the Call Centre or a Travel Agent your ticket refund should be initiated by that party.' No. Only Caribbean Airlines can cancel a ticket it issued, and only the issuing agency can cancel one bought from an agency. A Touriyo agent explains Caribbean Airlines' published rules, points you to the right channel and, if a new ticket works out better, can book it for you.
