How it works with Touriyo

Call with your booking reference and the name on the ticket.
The agent reads the fare rules and tells you what Aer Lingus returns: money, a credit or nothing, and by when.
If Touriyo issued the ticket, the agent cancels it once you agree and sends you the confirmation. If you bought it from Aer Lingus or another agency, the agent explains the rules and tells you which channel can cancel it.
Touriyo's fee, if any, is charged only when the cancellation is done, and it is never taken out of money the airline owes you.

The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.

Europe: Saver and Plus are non-refundable (government taxes and charges refundable; change, seat and bag fees not); Advantage and AerSpace give a full voucher or cash refund up to two hours before departure (refund administration fee EUR 12 / GBP 12 may apply; seat and bag fees refundable).
