Qatar Airways bookings: changes, cancellations and refunds with Touriyo

Changes are made with the 'Change flight' tool on the Help page / Manage booking (booking reference + last name) and are charged per the fare rules; no public fee table was found. Conditions of Carriage: after a no-show or out-of-sequence use 'we may permit changes to your ticket based on the applicable fare rules. A charge will however apply which will be either the no-show fee of the respective fare type or USD 150, whichever is higher', except documented medical conditions or death of a relative. Tickets bought through a travel agency: changes, name corrections and refunds must be requested through the agency.

Help page 'Refund and travel voucher': enter the booking reference 'to get the unutilised value of your ticket refunded, or exchange it for a voucher'; 'If your ticket was purchased through a travel agency please contact them directly for any refund or travel voucher requests'; refund status via 'Track a refund'. Conditions of Carriage Art. 11: involuntary refunds (flight cancelled, not operated reasonably to schedule, missed connection caused by the airline, confirmed space not provided) = full fare paid if unused, or the higher of the one-way fare from the point of interruption or the difference between fare paid and fare used; voluntary refunds at the airline's discretion = fare paid less service charges, cancellation fees, date change fees and no-show fees (or the difference if partly used); refunds only by the issuing carrier or its authorised agent, in the currency of payment, and card purchases only to the original card; charter/inclusive-tour tickets non-refundable.

Refundable tickets: Depends on the fare rules of the ticket (voluntary refund = fare less the fare's cancellation, change and no-show fees); charter tickets never refundable.

Credits and vouchers: Unutilised ticket value can be exchanged for a travel voucher through the Help page tool.

Carry-on: Maximum carry-on dimensions 50 x 37 x 25 cm; laptops inside the carry-on (a separate laptop bag counts as carry-on); extra personal items allowed: small purse or briefcase, coat, umbrella, crutches, small camera case, reading material, infant basket, same-day duty-free.

Checked bags: To/from Africa and the Americas: piece concept, number of pieces by fare type, each piece max 23 kg and 158 cm (L+W+H). All other routes: weight concept by fare type, unlimited pieces within the allowance, max 300 cm per bag. No single piece may exceed 32 kg. Privilege Club Silver/Gold/Platinum and oneworld Emerald/Sapphire/Ruby get extra allowance. Exact allowance shown at booking, in the confirmation email and in Manage booking.

Fees: Sporting equipment allowance purchasable.

Help page 'Name Correction' tool: enter the booking reference containing the name you wish to correct. 'If you booked your trip with a travel agent, please contact them to request a name correction.'

Conditions of Carriage Art. 6: 'A no-show charge, in accordance with our regulations, shall be payable by you if you fail to use space for which a reservation has been made'; unused reservations lead to cancellation of onward/return reservations; later changes cost the fare's no-show fee or USD 150, whichever is higher (medical/death exceptions with proof). Voluntary refunds deduct no-show fees.

Qatar Airways' loyalty program is Privilege Club (Avios; tiers Burgundy, Silver, Gold, Platinum; Student Club). Miles and status are managed with Qatar Airways, not with Touriyo.
