How it works with Touriyo

Call the number on this page with your booking reference and the name on the ticket.
If Touriyo issued your ticket, the agent reads its fare rules, tells you what Lufthansa charges for the change and quotes one total with Touriyo's fee.
If you bought the ticket from Lufthansa or another agency, the agent explains Lufthansa's published rules, tells you which channel can change it and compares the change with a new ticket, which we can book if it costs less.
Nothing is charged until you agree to a quoted total. Touriyo's fee is charged only when the change or the new ticket is confirmed.

The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.

Decide or speed up a refund: Lufthansa decides and pays it.

Lufthansa states on its refund page: tickets purchased through a travel agency or third-party portal must be handled with them directly; they assist based on the fare and refund conditions that applied at booking. The help center's rebooking flow asks for a booking code; the 'For travel agents' page points agencies to the eXperts portal and Book-a-Group.
