If Touriyo issued your ticket, the agent reads its fare rules, tells you what Frontier Airlines charges for the change and quotes one total with Touriyo's fee.
If you bought the ticket from Frontier Airlines or another agency, the agent explains Frontier Airlines' published rules, tells you which channel can change it and compares the change with a new ticket, which we can book if it costs less.
Nothing is charged until you agree to a quoted total. Touriyo's fee is charged only when the change or the new ticket is confirmed.
