How it works with Touriyo

  1. Call with your booking reference and the name on the ticket.
  2. The agent reads the fare rules and tells you what Aeroregional returns: money, a credit or nothing, and by when.
  3. If Touriyo issued the ticket, the agent cancels it once you agree and sends you the confirmation. If you bought it from Aeroregional or another agency, the agent explains the rules and tells you which channel can cancel it.
  4. Touriyo's fee, if any, is charged only when the cancellation is done, and it is never taken out of money the airline owes you.

The total, including the airline's charges and Touriyo's fee, is quoted before any card is taken. Refunds owed by the airline are never reduced by our fee.

  • Only Tarifa C is described as refundable: 'Tarifa reembolsable: si el pasajero solicita la devoluci贸n antes de su vuelo'; after a no-show there is no refund, only a free date change.

What Touriyo can do

  • Change, cancel, request refunds and add bags on tickets Touriyo issued.
  • On any other Aeroregional ticket: explain Aeroregional's published rules, tell you which channel can help and book a new ticket if that works out better.

What Touriyo cannot do

  • Change, cancel or refund a ticket that Aeroregional or another agency issued: only the issuer can.
  • Decide or speed up a refund: Aeroregional decides and pays it.

Will I get my money back if I cancel an Aeroregional ticket?

It depends on the fare and on Aeroregional's rules. Aeroregional publishes: Only Tarifa C is described as refundable: 'Tarifa reembolsable: si el pasajero solicita la devoluci贸n antes de su vuelo'; after a no-show there is no refund, only a free date change. The other fares' rules say nothing about refunds, and no cancellation/refund page, voucher policy or involuntary-refund rule is published on the site. Can Touriyo cancel a ticket I bought directly from Aeroregional?
