Before you pay, make sure you are really talking to us. Here is where we answer, how we charge and what we will not ask you for.

Where we answer you

These are our channels. If someone writes or calls you from anywhere else saying they are Touriyo, ask us here before you pay or share your details.

  • Website: touriyo.com. It is the only one. We have no other address and no other payment page.
  • WhatsApp: +1 888 576 3080.
  • Email: hola@touriyo.com. The notices about your purchase come from reservas@touriyo.com. All our emails end in @touriyo.com.

How we charge

  • Online, you only pay on a touriyo.com page. If an agent sends you a payment link, it starts with https://touriyo.com/.
  • To finish, that page may take you to the payment provider or to your bank. Where it starts does not change.
  • The company that sells to you and charges you is Wayfarer E-Commerce Private Limited, CIN U74999UP2017PTC093356.
  • Every purchase gets a code that starts with TY, and it reaches you by email from reservas@touriyo.com.

If someone asks you to pay another way or to another person, confirm it first on the WhatsApp number on this page.

What we will not ask you for

Sometimes we need to confirm that the card is yours. If so, you get an email from reservas@touriyo.com with a link to touriyo.com. There you upload a photo of the card showing only the last 4 digits, and a photo of yourself with your ID.

  • Your full card number, its expiry date or the 3 or 4 digit code, by WhatsApp, by email or by phone. Those are only typed on the payment page.
  • Your bank password or your email password.
  • The code we email you to sign in to your account. You type it on touriyo.com and you do not read it out to anyone.
  • To install a program or share your phone screen so we can help you pay.

How to check that we exist

You do not have to take our word for it: it is in the public record.

Wayfarer E-Commerce Private Limited is a company registered in India. Look up CIN U74999UP2017PTC093356 in the company master data of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

If someone pretends to be Touriyo

  • Do not pay and do not send photos of your documents.
  • Take screenshots of the profile, the number and the link they sent you.
  • Tell us at hola@touriyo.com or on WhatsApp. With that we can ask for it to be taken down.
  • If you already paid, call your bank or your payment provider right away and report it. You can also report it to your local police.
