Indian citizens need an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) for Sri Lanka, applied for online at eta.gov.lk before you travel; it is free for India since 25 May 2026. It allows 30 days with two entries, it must be used within three months of being issued, and you can pay to extend the stay.
