Who we are
Touriyo is an independent travel agency. We mention airline, airport and loyalty-programme names only to identify the services we describe or sell as an intermediary, and on every page we say we are not the airline. We use no third-party logos or visual identity.
Report a brand or trademark concern
If you own a trademark (or are its authorised representative) and believe a Touriyo page, ad or text uses your mark improperly, confusingly or in a way that suggests an affiliation that does not exist, report it here. We commit to:
- acknowledge within 1 business day;
- pause the same day every ad campaign that mentions that brand, while we review;
- review the page or ad within 2 business days;
- reply in writing within 5 business days with what we corrected and why, or with our reasons if we consider the use legitimate (nominative use to identify the service, with the non-affiliation statement visible).
